Home Assist Community Services are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide
in-home/community nursing care for our Home Care Package clients. To provide quality client centred
care which will include client assessments, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and
management of health care plans within our multidisciplinary team.
Home Assist Community Services is a non-profit community based public benevolent institution. It was
established in the year 1999 to provide a range of services for older people and people with disabilities in the
Queensland Local Government Areas of Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Gympie, North Burnett and South Burnett.
Required qualities
Bachelor of Health (Nursing)
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Desired competencies
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Community Aged Care Setting (within the last 2 years)

A proven record working with patients/persons in care.
