The ballot form is an online form and is completed electronically.

You must sign the ballot form, and include your name and the name of your position. Ballots cast by a person orther than the registered member representative will be invalid and will not be counted.

Only ballots received from reistered member representatives whose organisations have paid their 2021/22 Home Assist Community Services Membership fee will be counted.
