Home Assist Community Services exists to assist members of the community who are aged or disabled and their carers to live in a home of their choice, to remain safely in their home longer, in a community of their choice.

Feedback you provide can help us ensure that we provide care and services that demonstrates a culture of inclusion and respect, and supports our consumers to excercise choice and independence to live the life they choose in a community of their choice.

Your feedback will help us identify what we do well and what areas of our service we can improve on. Your partnership with us will help us ensure our care and services meet your expected needs and when a problem arises that we deal with it effectively and efficiently.

We encourage you to provide feedback any time. This can be to a staff member or their team leader. They will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If you are not happy with the outcome or you would like to discuss your concerns further, you can contact us by phone, mail or email us.
