Home Assist Community Services are seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to provide
in-home/community nursing care for our Home Care Package clients. This will involve client assessments,
planning, developing, implementing and monitoring client’s health care plans within our multidisciplinary team.
Home Assist Community Services is a non-profit community based public benevolent institution. It was
established in the year 1999 to provide a range of services for older people and people with disabilities in the
Queensland Local Government Areas of Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Gympie, North Burnett and South Burnett.
Required qualities
Diploma of Nursing with medication endorsement
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Good critical thinking attributes
Good judgement and decision-making attributes
Monitoring /coordinating roles with efficent time management skills
Great communication skills
Empathy
Attention to Detail
Integrity
Flexible Current First Aid and CPR Certification
Current Driver’s Licence
Current National Police Certificate or National Disability Support Scheme Yellow Card
Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and Flu Vaccination
Willingness to travel as required
